Welcome to StreamFind! By accessing or using the StreamFind website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). The Service includes, but is not limited to, providing curated lists, personalized recommendations, trending shows, and hidden gems. We strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of all content.

3. User Accounts

While browsing StreamFind does not require an account, certain features may require you to create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update your information to keep it current.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CineVerse Solutions LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CineVerse Solutions LLC OR A CineVerse Solutions LLC AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Modification of Terms

CineVerse Solutions LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. CineVerse Solutions LLC may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Severability
